This food truck is amazing, I got their fish tacos and tasted so good. They let me sample the pastry and again it was excellent. You will not be disappointed! I call ahead so not waiting long. They’re friendly and kind. Thank you and I will definitely be back.

wonderful experience for a food cart. got chili Verde burrito (YUM!!!), carnitas burrito (very good), and carnitas tacos (pretty good). recommended by Ryan: at least an A. really enjoyed it, and will return next time in town.

Ok, not sure if I was just super hungry, but I haven't had better food! I would go here over any sit-down restaurant any day. The outdoor food court was kinda cool also actually. The food was exceptional. Like "Once Upon A Time In Mexico" exceptional (don't hurt anyone). Definitely a hidden secret in Redmond, Oregon. I had the chicken fajitas and I emphatically recommend. Everything was cooked perfectly, and hot when I went to eat it. The service was also top notch. Very nice and helpful. Thank you for making my meal feel special. I have already told 3 people about the food here, and if you're reading this, I hope you check them out. Such surprisingly good food from the festive little food truck!

I got the Carne Asada Fries from this food cart, and they were TOP TIER. They were honestly probably one of the better ones I’ve ever had. One thing that stuck out to me was that the fries were crispy, even with all of the toppings and salsas I put on them. The fries were $15, but with the size of this dish, I was not disappointed. I’ve also tried their shrimp burrito, and that is also a great option to try. Would DEFINITELY recommend this truck!

Do NOT sleep on this food truck. Best burritos in Redmond. The flavor is absolutely incredible, I always get the shrimp burrito and blown away each time. Fresh, quick, hearty burritos. Most friendly staff as well, we will be back!

I’m from Portland but come here when I’m in town. This place has the BEST carne asada quesadilla! Not greasy, the meat is cooked perfect and the guacamole is so fresh! The owners are so nice too. Love this place.

I had the chicharron gordita and it was delicious! I love the authentic homemade taste. I grew up eating this type of food and it reminded me so much of the home cooking my grandma and mom made for me. Food is reasonably priced and employees were super friendly. Definitely made it to my top go to's!!

Excellent shrimp burrito. This is my go-to for Mexican take out in town. Highly recommend.
